Simply Breakfast.

Homemade whole wheat bread.

Sunflower Butter.

Banana.

Dusting of coconut snow.

Glass of unsweetened soy milk.

Good Morning.

Why This Breakfast Works:

  • Protein (keeps you full:) sunflower butter + soy milk
  • Fat (also keeps you full:) sunflower butter + coconut
  • Fiber (also, also keeps you full:) whole wheat bread + banana

Of course, breakfast also needs to be pretty and appetizing and satisfying in order to keep you from nibbling on one million and one other things throughout the day.  Never underestimate the power of the “satisfaction factor!”
