Simply Breakfast

What I’ve been eating for breakfast for the past WEEK!!…

1. Greek Yogurt

2. …with Ezekiel Original Cereal…

3.  …and a sliced banana with a sprinklin’ of cinnamon…

4. …stir, stir, stir…

5. …and finish with a scoop of sunflower butter and coconut granola.

This keeps me full for hours, thanks to the protein from the yogurt, the fiber from the cereal, and the fat from the sunflower.

And, most importantly, it’s delicious.  Which makes Monday morning not so bad after all. 😉

    • Whole Foods has it, if you happen to have any of those around you! I’ve also been spotting it in more and more grocery stores’ “natural section”. 😀
