1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt

1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

1 frozen banana, sliced


1 almost (not quite) empty peanut butter jar

  1. Your breakfast ideas always get my brain going about my favorite meal. Usually I just get lazy and do healthy cereal, but why not have some fun, right? Today I had multi-grain toast with peanut butter and banana slices with cinnamon and a glass of soy milk. Yum! What lunch ideas do you have like this?
